Oil, acid, alkali, hydrocarbons, and heat can all be resisted by Neoprene.

 

Silicone can stand very high temperatures.  This material can bear up to 250 degrees Celcius.

 

The type of rubber resistant to weather, temperature, aging, and radiation is EPDM.  The reason why EPDM is widely used in waterproof roofing, and canal and ponds lining is that it prevents water or liquid to pass through. Nitrile or NBR sheets are used as gaskets for packing purposes since they are permeable to gases.

 

Fluoro-elastomer or viton is a type of rubber at this website which is resistant to a wide range of oils and solvents.  This type of rubber exhibits good abrasion and is tear resistant.  This type of rubber can also be used in high temperatures.
